Healthy Minds Programme – The Five Way’s to Wellbeing

Monday, June 26 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Healthy Minds

About the Healthy Minds Programme

VAC is working in partnership with a number of other organisations across the borough to help people living in Camden who want to access community based courses, workshops and activities.  The initiative, led by Healthy Minds, is targeting people who may have lost contact with their interests and communities for lots of reasons. They may have withdrawn because of bullying, racism, discrimination, trauma, poverty, mental health issues or social exclusion. They may have been taught that they do not belong in our society. They might be trying to build a new life in Camden, but not know where to begin.

Whatever the story, if you live in Camden and want to access community based courses, workshops and activities – Healthy Minds welcomes you.
