You may know that in December the Council’s Cabinet approved a £5.1m annual investment programme beginning in 2017. Details of the approved proposals are available here (item 10).
The first fund to launch under this new programme will be the Strategic Partners Fund, which contains funds for both Neighbourhood Strategic Partners and Equalities Strategic Partners……

Registered charities and social enterprises are invited to apply for loans of between £20,000 and £150,000 as part of Big Issue Invest’s £5 million Impact Loans England scheme. Local groups needing an extra boost to set up or grow a community business can access support and match funding to launch their share offer, thanks to the Community Shares Booster programme.
Deadline for Round 2 applications is 26th February 2018 by 5pm. Round 3 opens on 16th April 2018, deadline for applications 28th May 2018.
This 12-month programme is responding to the growing need of small locally-led groups to cover their day-to-day costs.
