Doorstep Homeless Families Project: Business Planning
Doorstep Homeless Families Project provides access to vital services for Homeless families living in temporary accommodation in the London Borough of Camden. Faced with severe funding cuts in 2011, Vicki Fox, director of Doorstep, approached VAC for support to develop a 5 year strategic business plan to help steer the organisation through uncertain waters.
