Funding Circle is an online marketplace which can help businesses access fast and simple finance, whilst investors have the potential to earn better returns by lending to them. The government has pledged to lend £60million through the system.
The Goldsmiths’ Company Charity
Applications are considered under the following categories: General Welfare, Medical Welfare, Youth, Culture and Church. Prefers requests for specific projects but will also consider core funding requests.
Foyle Foundation
The Foundation supports charities in three ways: Small Grants Scheme, supporting charities in all fields with a turnover of less than £100,000 per annum; Main Grants Scheme, supporting charities whose core work covers Arts and Learning (though generally not community arts activity); School Library Scheme.
Ashendene Trust
The Ashden Trust is a grant-making charity established in 1989 and is one of the Sainsbury Family Charitable Trusts. Its priorities are climate change, sustainable development and improving the quality of life of vulnerable and disadvantaged people.
NET SOLUTIONS – I.T GRANTS FOR UK CHARITIES / NOT FOR PROFIT GROUPS / CIC’S / SIC’S
Net Solutions Wales can assist with I.T Grants of £10,000 for Community / Charity Groups ICT Development. The funds cover PC’s, laptops, Smartboards, projectors (Most Main stream I.T) software and support . Restriction of one application per year.

Skinners’ Benevolent Trust
Grants are available to individuals in Camden, The City of London, Enfield, Hackney, Hounslow, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells living on a very low income who have been cut off from society. living with mental health issues in recovery from substance/alcohol use victims of domestic violence. Grants are available to not-for-profit organisations providing services to residents in the former Metropolitan Borough of Hampstead for the relief of need, hardship or distress. Applications may be made at any time and they will be considered at one of the eight Trustee meetings throughout the year. Smaller grants are considered more frequently.
