There’s no one-size-fits-all model when it comes to wellbeing, so understanding each person as an individual is essential.
Delivered in Partnership with Reach Out Camden, this session will offer basic practical, emotional and social support strategies, that can help support your mental health and wellbeing.
Hear suggestions about what kind of support could work well for you and where to access it for free locally.
Learn about services available in Camden and how to access help for friends, family or members of your community.
Note for learners:
- Places for this session are extremely limited and open to VAC members and voluntary organisations / groups delivering services in Camden only.
- All ticket registrations will be verified, and non-attendees may be restricted from attending future VAC training and events.
- Please note: All attendees will be asked to complete a short assessment after training.

Non attendance:
- VAC kindly ask that if you book a place and are unable to attend on the day, please arrange for a volunteer or another member of your organisation to attend in your place.

- Failure to notify VAC of non-attendance in advance, will result in your organisation / groups restriction to attend future training sessions.
