Thinking about setting up your own group or organisation but not sure which direction to take?
VAC’s Health Transformation and Partnership Development Manager, Donna Turnbull can provide some insights.
Learning about different organisational structures and making the right choice can avoid problems later on.
At the end of this session, you will have better understanding of the pros and cons of the most commonly adopted structures like:
- CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation)
- Charitable Company
- Unincorporated Association
- CIC (Community Interest Company)
With opportunities to network, ask questions and discuss with your peers.
