Protecting an adult’s right to live in safety, free from abuse, neglect, or exploitation is just as important as protecting the rights of children.
This introductory session aims to give learners an introduction to adult safeguarding, with a focus on preventing abuse and ensuring safety and well-being.
Using group discussions and real-life case studies, Helen Onslow; a Lead Practitioner in Camden’s Adult Social Care team will cover all safeguarding essentials.
This workshop is suitable for all, including those delivering voluntary services in Camden who have not had any safeguarding adults training in the last two years.
Networking and Q & A opportunity at the end of the session.

All ticket registrations will be verified, and non-attendees may be restricted from attending future VAC training and events.
