Are you managing money on behalf of a community group, voluntary organisation, or residents’ association?
All voluntary organisations, including supplementary education settings, Tenant Resident Associations (TRAs), and community groups who handle money; need careful financial management to ensure accountability and sustainability.
In these challenging times, having strategies for the long-term survival and growth of your organisation is essential. So, join us for this introductory managing money course, which aims to cover the finance essentials.
At the end of the session learners will gain an understanding of:
- Managing money and Value for Money
- Legal mismanagement and public funds.
- Keeping accurate financial records.
- Budgeting & cashflow
- Monitoring costs (briefly)
Important note to members:
- Places on this session are extremely limited, therefore only one member of an organisation is permitted to attend.
- If you have purchased a free ticket and are unable to attend, please pass your place onto another member of your organisation.
