In life we are all faced with difficult interpersonal situations, but everyone has the right to live their lives in safety and security.
Over the past 75 years, CST has built a substantial body of knowledge and experience, working with communities targeted by violence, extremism and hate crime.
Join us for this SAFE webinar on Conflict Management, which looks at:
- Verbal & non-verbal communication.
- Conflict management styles.
- How to ‘spot the signs’ as a situation begins to escalate.
- De-escalation techniques.
- The legalities around self-defence.
We aim to give you the tools to minimise the risk of turning a drama into a crisis.
Note to learners: SAFE webinars reference examples of violence and conflict and are not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 years.

- Places on this session are extremely limited, therefore VAC request that if you are unable to attend; please pass your free ticket onto another volunteer or member of your organisation.
