About
It’s normal for your memory to be affected by stress, tiredness, certain illnesses and medicines.
But if you’re becoming increasingly forgetful and memory loss is affecting your daily life, our easy-to-understand dementia awareness workshop might provide some answers.
This one-hour interactive session will give you an opportunity to learn more out about dementia and how you can support a friend or a loved one living with the condition.
Light refreshments and the opportunity to network, ask questions and find out more are provided.
