Black Lives Matter Virtual Event: 5 Black Fathers – A documentary.

Whilst many of the issues that Fathers face is universal, Black Fathers undoubtedly face an extra set of challenges that are rarely explored or understand in mainstream media.
Black men have been disproportionally represented in the Criminal Justice System and Mental Health provisions, as a result of the structural, systemic racism and microaggressions that they experience daily.
As part of Black History month, 5 Black Fathers is a documentary that highlights and shares some of the experiences of Black Fathers, with a view to redefine the narrative of who they are.
This 67-minute documentary made by David Mullings, Fathers Inclusion Manager for Camden; captures a variety of stories, experiences, and journeys of fatherhood.
Join us for this exclusive online event in support of this year’s Black History Month theme “Reclaiming Narratives” and join the many others who have viewed this informative and impactful documentary.
