Dianne Carlton-Ogunyemi our Community Safeguarding Lead talks to John Bayley – founder and Managing Director of HA9 Consultancy Ltd
Topics include community policing and schools, gang crime, domestic violence, fraud investigation abroad, the Soham Murder Enquiry, counter terrorism etc.
Currently working in partnership with Camden and the Home Office, HA9 has now extended their activity to support all community groups and voluntary organisations, including supplementary schools, faith groups and charities.

Become a Healthy Parks Creator, which will give you the chance to get involved in a series of sessions and workshops on delivering activities in parks.

Vaccinations for 16 and 17 year olds
People aged 16 – 17 can find a nearby walk-in clinic via the national grab a jab website. A list of North Central London walk-in clinics currently offering vaccinations to 16 and 17 year olds can also be found on the CCG website. Or use the national booking service.
In addition 12 – 16 year olds with underlying health conditions or living with a person with suppressed immune system can get the vaccine. Further details on the CCG website.

Free music production workshops for young people living in Camden
The Winch is working in partnership with a local artist to offer 4 free Music production workshops for young people living in Camden and aged 9 to 16. In these workshops you’ll learn the basics of music production: how to write a song, use recording equipment and how to work with music software to make a track.
The workshops will take place on the 15th, 16th, 21st and 22nd September between 4:30 and 6:30pm at Hampstead Music and Voice Studio. Details here.

Disability and Employment in Camden – A Conversation of Change event

Join CDA for a ‘conversation of change’ about what a new employment service could look like for Disabled residents of Camden.
The event will explore lived experience stories relating to employment of Disabled residents and people with long-term health conditions in Camden. Using the themes and topics from these stories, together we will come-up with initial ideas for a new employment service for Disabled people and those with long term health conditions.
