Introduction to Safer Recruitment: for Small Orgs and Community Groups
Safer recruitment procedures are an essential part of safeguarding in any voluntary organisation or community group. If you are responsible for selecting and recruiting volunteers, employed workers, teachers or coaches for positions that come into contact with children, young people or vulnerable adults; then come along to this session and find out how you can ensure you are doing all you can to keep service users safe.
