Employability Tutor at Elfrida Rathbone Camden
To work with young people (16 -25 years) with a learning disability at our OFSTED registered Leighton College. The key aim of the role is to equip people with a learning disability with the skills and confidence to move towards employment. Elfrida Rathbone Camden provides ground-breaking education programmes to just 20 students that help young disabled people to build confidence, develop employment skills, encourage independence within the local community and to release their potential.
